Description

• Develop and implement a holistic portfolio and service strategy for your category, ensuring alignment with Sales, R&D, Purchasing, and Supply Chain strategies.
• Managing the entire product lifecycle - from idea generation to market launch to phase-out.
• Monitoring KPIs (sales volume, revenue, margin, market share) for continuous portfolio optimization.
• Analyze market and customer needs, identify trends, and derive concrete growth initiatives.
• Lead new product developments in close cooperation with R&D, Production, and external partners.
• Ensuring a successful product launch through cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Digital teams.

• Business degree in business administration and/or engineering
• Several years of experience in product management, sales, innovation management, or business development
• Strong analytical skills combined with entrepreneurial thinking
• Experience working with international teams and leading cross-functional projects
• Strong market and customer orientation, coupled with a passion for innovation
• Excellent communication skills in English
