This is an on-site position at our Fort Atkinson, WI facility.
Spacesaver is seeking a dynamic Product Manager to champion new and existing product lines. You'll drive product and go-to-market strategies, lead new product development, and support critical business activities. Key Responsibilities
- Lead development of new products, including market research, customer feedback, feature prioritization, product positioning, performance criteria, and price modeling.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Manufacturing to ensure efficient product feasibility.
- Partner with Marketing to build product stories and generate demand.
- Manage product categories at the SKU level; recommend obsolescence as needed.
- Identify and commercialize Engineered to Order products to boost sales.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps.
- Attend tradeshows, build strategic partnerships, train sales reps, and conduct market research (up to 30% travel).

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or engineering (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of related experience.
- Entrepreneurial drive and strong project management skills.
- Technical aptitude and effective presentation skills.
- Strong customer focus and sales skills.
- Leadership experience and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, flow-charting, and email.
