In this position, you will lead the product development of SIXT's transactional communication across email, SMS, and push notifications. You'll work with teams across the organization to orchestrate seamless communications that guide customers through their rental journey, anticipating their needs, delivering clarity at every touchpoint, and driving key business objectives. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
- You craft best-in-class design, content, and translation guidelines for all communications, setting the standard for how SIXT speaks to millions of customers worldwide
- You collaborate with our brand team to shape SIXT's distinctive tone of voice, ensuring every customer touchpoint authentically reflects our brand values and corporate identity
- You execute a customer-centric product roadmap targeting clear, smart and premium communication via email, push notification, and SMS channels
- You work closely with design, content, engineering and business teams to plan, define, develop, launch, and measure the impact of experiments or new customer interfacing features
- You leverage data analytics, user feedback, and market research to take informed product decisions, measure the impact of new features, and identify new opportunities
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
- Skills You are a natural storyteller that excels at clear, impactful communication and has a keen eye for design and you are skilled at balancing aesthetics with usability, ensuring every customer interaction feels premium, intuitive, and consistent
- Experience You bring years of product management experience, adept in agile methodologies, cross-functional teamwork, and stakeholder management, with a focus on customer-facing digital products
- Passion You have a passion for "making it happen" and possess a hands-on mentality for flawless execution
- Mindset You are energetic, a travel enthusiast, hard-working, a continuous learner, striving for the highest possible quality of work
- Platforms You have experience with communication platforms is a plus (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sendgrid, Mandrill, Mailchimp, Mitto, Twilio, Firebase, etc.)
- Language skills You are fluent in English. If you know German, that's a big bonus
