Description

Our more than 3000 employees worldwide develop and manufacture logistics solutions that are used in many different sectors such as industrial manufacturing, retail and administration.As succession we are searching for our Technology Team a Product Manager (m/f/d) for the product family Vertical Lift Module 2.
You can perform this role 60:40 remote with strong connection to the onsite teams in Neuburg a.d. Kammel and Bellheim.
The Product Manager (m/f/d) plays a vital role in driving the success and market competitiveness of our smart machines product portfolio.
Your tasks
- Product Management: Leading the full product lifecycle-from requirements and development to launch and phase-out-ensuring alignment with Remstar's strategic goals and customer expectations.
- Product Strategy Champion: Create, align and prioritize product mission, business case and roadmap for your product.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Acting as the central interface between sales, service, marketing and technical teams to deliver smart machines that meet market demands on time, within budget, and at top quality standards.
- Market & Industry Expertise: Applying deep knowledge of intralogistics and market dynamics to create innovative, customer-centric solutions that drive business success.
- Strategic Sales & Marketing Support: Empowering sales and marketing teams through product training, strategic insights, and promotional support to boost product visibility and sales performance.
- Continuous Portfolio Optimization: Identifying growth opportunities, driving product enhancements, and refining the portfolio based on customer feedback and competitive trends.

Your profile
- Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field with sound technical orientation and business acumen.
- Certified Product Manager (CPM) or equivalent preferred, demonstrating expertise in product management principles and methodologies.
- Proven track record in product management for industrial goods, ideally automated and smart machines within the intralogistics equipment manufacturing sector.
- Fluent in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels
