We are looking for a Product Manager - Marketing Platform to own and evolve the systems that enable automated, scalable 1-to-1 communication across the entire customer lifecycle. This role combines strategic thinking, functional leadership, and continuous improvement in a hybrid setup with a diverse team of system experts and engineers.

To strengthen our Platform Operations department in the Marketing Platform area, we are looking for a

Product Manager - Marketing Platform (m/f/d)

(Hybrid in Cologne or remote within Germany | Full-time | Permanent contract)

Your Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of our Marketing Platform ecosystem, spanning HubSpot as our central platform, as well as internally developed tools (e.g., PDF Generator), and continuously technically optimize the business processes they enable

• Provide functional leadership for a cross-functional team of HubSpot administrators and developers in close collaboration with the Engineering Manager

• Collaborate closely with other Tech and Operations teams to establish the most reliable and automated marketing processes, all while building and maintaining a strong data foundation for them

• Advocate for and continuously improve the platform, always guided by a holistic view of the organization and its processes

Your Profile

• Degree in Business, IT, or equivalent professional experience

• Several years of professional experience as a (Senior) Product Owner or functional leadership of projects or teams in a tech-driven environment

• Experience with CRM systems, ideally HubSpot

• Solid technical understanding, especially around system integrations as well as process and data modelling

• Proven ability of managing diverse stakeholders and complex cross-functional implementation projects

• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like Jira & Confluence

• A solution-oriented, collaborative, and communicative hands-on personality with strong organisational skills, a structured approach and the courage to make prioritisation decisions

• Business fluent in English, fluent in German is an advantage
