Description
Department: Digital Enterprise PlatformLocation: Egypt, Cairo.
The Product Manager - Market to Cash will lead the end-to-end lifecycle of our Market to Cash solutions and ensure the delivery of high-value, user-centric digital products. In this role, He will define and manage the product roadmap, drive product performance, and ensure successful adoption across the business. Will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into actionable product strategies, develop robust business cases, and oversee delivery from concept to release.

• Development, Testing & QA
• Release Management
• Vendor management
• Adopt new models of development including DevSecOps.
ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Domain Knowledge: O2C processes, cash application & accounts receivable, credit risk, collections workflows, disputes
• Product Strategy: ROI-driven, cash-flow focused roadmap
• Data Analytics: DSO, payment pattern analytics, predictive modeling
• Process Automation: RPA, AI, OCR, self-service portals
• Technical Integration: ERP, CRM, payment systems, APIs
• Compliance: financial and communication regulation
• Cross-functional Leadership: finance, sales, legal, IT support
• Customer Experience: minimizing friction in cash application and disputes
• SAP S4 Hana knowledge in the Finance area & FSCM module
• IFRS & US GAAP, knowledge in the relevant areas
• Group Policies Understanding
• Cross functional Understanding
• Business Process Knowledge
• BSO Operational Procedures Awareness
• Business Consultancy
• ACCA or CIMA Certification
• Agile methodology understanding & experience
• Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
