Description
ey Responsibilities:- Represent the firm professionally in communications with stakeholders including fund directors, clients, partners, and service providers.
- Lead client onboarding and relationship management from initial interest through ongoing engagement.
- Prepare, review, and negotiate documentation for new product launches (SMAs and funds), including offering memorandums, brokerage agreements, and investment management agreements.
- Manage documentation related to ongoing client relationships (e.g., side letters).
- Coordinate Operational Due Diligence processes with investors and counterparties.
- Draft and negotiate various legal and operational agreements (NDAs, employment contracts, service agreements, etc.).
- Support product development through research and analysis.
- Assist in planning and executing product-related initiatives and projects.
- Support board meeting preparations and maintain investor records and virtual data rooms.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above; law degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in asset management or legal roles related to financial services.
- Legal training and/or CFA designation is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe PDF.
- Native fluency in spoken and written English.
