Description:
We are looking for a talented Product Manager to join us. Key Responsibilities:
- Establish a comprehensive and accessible product information system.
- Organize training schedules for the sales team to enhance their understanding of the product portfolio.
- Identify market segments, competitive positioning, development trends, and growth opportunities.
- Monitor and report product and sales team performance to assess effectiveness and recommend adjustments.
- Coordinate planning, logistics, and product development to ensure cost-effective marketing campaigns and promotional events.
- Plan for new product introductions and develop strategic marketing plans.
- Conduct market research and analysis to support business growth and strategy development.
- Perform comprehensive product evaluations and provide recommendations based on financials, risks, and technology trends.
- Monitor industry trends and apply insights to maintain a robust product pipeline.
- Collaborate with Business Development to identify potential new products and technologies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for product launches and lifecycle management.
- Work collaboratively with R&D, manufacturing, sales, and other stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Analyze product performance, manage risks, and forecast sales.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or a related field.
- A master's degree in business administration (MBA), Public Health (MPH), or a related field is a plus.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical sales, including at least 1 year in product portfolio management and marketing.
- Proven experience in Injectables, with a solid understanding of therapeutic areas, market dynamics, and regulatory frameworks.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple priorities.
