The opportunity

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the product portfolio of Gas Insulated Switchgear, specifically those allocated to the Classic, Limited, and Obsolete phases in the Life Cycle, and managed by our Product Service Centre. You will drive the development of new service solutions, with digital technology playing a central role in enhancing customer experiences and service offerings.

How you'll make an impact
- Define suitable services throughout the product life cycle, including business case development and communication of changes
- Identify customer needs / white spots and translate them into technical and commercial requirements for new service products
- Develop and implement service concepts within the R&D process
- Lead projects for the development of new service offerings
- Conduct research to identify specific customer segments and uncover key values that influence their purchasing decisions
- Create and implement product strategies and support the development and distribution of marketing materials
- Manage product performance, while partnering with product development, technical and marketing teams to incorporate customer needs into product design
Your background
- Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering and additional training in business administration or marketing
- Good know-how of Gas Insulated Switchgear or other High Voltage equipment is mandatory
- Good communication skills in English (written and spoken), any other language is an advantage
- A flair for working in an international environment and out-of-the-box thinking
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Willingness to travel up to 15% internationally
