For the Aesculap division at the Tuttlingen site, we are looking for a Product Manager (f/m/d) in Global Marketing for the Robotic Surgery business area, with a focus on service.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- You analyze market-specific requirements for service products and service solutions as well as new technologies in the field of robotic surgery.
- As a Product Manager (f/m/d), you develop and implement a global service concept for large-scale devices within the portfolio of the Robotic Surgery Business area
- You are responsible for the commercial implementation of the service revenue stream and define customer requirements for global service
- You define the requirements for global service structures
- You develop concepts for maintenance and repair and define as well as manage technical service products (e.g., maintenance packages, upgrades, updates, extensions)
- You implement remote services and predictive services within the framework of digital service platforms and support country organizations and customers during service implementation
- You analyze service data to continuously improve service processes and provide input to sales, product management, and R&D
- You are responsible for designing technical and commercial training programs
- As a Product Manager (f/m/d), you are also responsible for creating documentation and training materials
Professional skills:
- You have a deep understanding of the technical functionality of surgical microscopes (optics, mechanics, electronics, software)
- You have a thorough understanding of servicing system-critical devices in hospitals (e.g., laboratory systems for biochemical diagnostics in pathology, imaging systems in radiology, anesthesiology intensive care, radiation therapy equipment, clinical IT solutions such as PACS)
- You have completed a degree in business administration or medical technology (DH, FH, or university) or possess a comparable qualification
- You bring strong technical and digital expertise
- You have several years of professional experience in servicing digital technologies and software applications
- You have excellent written and spoken English and German skills; additional foreign languages are an advantage
- You are interested in collaborating and communicating with international teams
