POSITION OBJECTIVE

We are seeking a hard working and innovative Product Manager to join our team in Dubai. As a Product Manager at Papel, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our financial products and services. You will be responsible for leading the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring we meet the evolving needs of our customers. Your expertise and strategic vision will guide cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and marketing, to deliver exceptional products that stand out in the competitive landscape. You will analyze market trends, gather customer insights, and define product requirements to create a roadmap that aligns with our business goals. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the product development lifecycle from conception through to launch and ongoing optimization.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product strategy and positioning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, design, and marketing to define and deliver product features.
• Gather and prioritize customer feedback to refine product requirements and enhance user experience.
• Develop product roadmaps and timelines, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
• Monitor product performance metrics and iterate on the product based on data-driven insights.
• Act as a primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries, providing guidance and support to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably within the financial services sector.
• A digital asset native background, familiarity with digital asset and Web3 product flows is essential
• Strong understanding of financial products and services, including regulatory requirements and industry trends.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
