Are you passionate about driving product strategy and innovation across diverse markets?

At Armacell, we are looking for a skilled Product Manager EMEA to lead product lifecycle management and market analysis, ensuring our solutions meet evolving customer needs across the region.

Your Tasks

• Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights
• Translate market requirements into actionable strategies and communicate them effectively to internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal and external research partners to support product development initiatives
• Analyse product performance, including sales and gross margin, to guide lifecycle decisions
• Define product specifications and long-term strategies in close cooperation with customers and cross-functional teams
• Lead product development through the Armacell Stage Gate process, ensuring alignment with market needs
• Develop pricing strategies and product policies tailored to EMEA markets
• Drive go-to-market planning and execution across departments, including Marketing, R&D, and Engineering

Your Profile

• Proven experience in technical product management, ideally within an international B2B environment
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and translate it into strategic actions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
• Familiarity with product lifecycle management and development processes
• Ability to work cross-functionally and lead projects across diverse teams
• Experience in defining product roadmaps and market requirement documents
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken; German and additional languages are a plus
• Willingness to travel regularly within Europe (up to 25%)
