At Armacell, we are looking for a skilled Product Manager EMEA to lead product lifecycle management and market analysis, ensuring our solutions meet evolving customer needs across the region.
Your Tasks
- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights
- Translate market requirements into actionable strategies and communicate them effectively to internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal and external research partners to support product development initiatives
- Analyse product performance, including sales and gross margin, to guide lifecycle decisions
- Define product specifications and long-term strategies in close cooperation with customers and cross-functional teams
- Lead product development through the Armacell Stage Gate process, ensuring alignment with market needs
- Develop pricing strategies and product policies tailored to EMEA markets
- Drive go-to-market planning and execution across departments, including Marketing, R&D, and Engineering
Your Profile
- Proven experience in technical product management, ideally within an international B2B environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and translate it into strategic actions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Familiarity with product lifecycle management and development processes
- Ability to work cross-functionally and lead projects across diverse teams
- Experience in defining product roadmaps and market requirement documents
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken; German and additional languages are a plus
- Willingness to travel regularly within Europe (up to 25%)
