Description
In your role as Product Manager Digital Products - Next Gen Therapy Management (m/f/d) you will be responsible for overall product life cycle of dedicated digital products, including definition of market needs, creating of business cases, oversight of product development activities, marketing, go-to-market, and commercialization.Your tasks
- Define new business models for digital products and ensure continuous alignment among product portfolio, and especially with overall ecosystem and In-Center strategy
- Market assessments for key products, i.e. market segmentation, market quantification
- Definition of customer needs, develop product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Collaborate with medical (research) on algorithm development and stay close to (digital) technology advancements (e.g. AI) to drive the product's target to improve patient outcomes, personalization and highest degree of automation in clinical processes; build up an expert community of nephrologists, KOLs and nurses for co-creation, medical foundation and early feedback
- Close collaboration with local/regional marketing/sales/product management teams to elaborate go-to-market strategies and concepts with for target markets
- Monitor competitor landscape and derive conclusion for competitiveness, product strategy, positioning, pricing, and roadmap Business Case per product
- Prioritization of features and functions, definition of releases and product increments, overseeing the development and releases of the product; collaboration with internal and external partner stakeholder communication
- Drive commercialization and market launch together with local/regional marketing, sales and join customer meeting for lead generation and/or pitches
- Continuously drive creation of new product ideas, create ideation campaigns, and perform market validations in close cooperation with sales, marketing, and corresponding value streams
- Management of product lifecycle
- Increasing the team and product success through managerial skills or technical breadth, being able to cope with ambiguity
- Sharing the broad business perspective with others
- Working and co-leading closely across cultures and organizations
- Representing the organization effectively to x-functional stakeholders, clients, and external groups
Your profile
- Successfully completed bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, engineering, or digital area
- Digital experience and product portfolio knowledge
- More than 12+ years' experience in med tech, technology/software as a product industries and functionally in digital, R&D, marketing, product management (or similar area)
- Relevant knowledge and experience of 6+ years in at least one of the following functional areas: medical / nephrology, renal replacement therapies, therapy algorithm creation, artificial intelligence (AI), UX/UI service design
- Proven track record of 5+ year in setting up and leading global initiatives with global teams in a complex matrix organization
- Proven track record in cross-functional collaboration with R&D counterparts, sales, marketing, quality, regulatory, product management, and customers
- Deep knowledge and experience in product management and application of methods and tools
- Strong leadership and moderation skills
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Global mindset and willingness for occasional business trips
- Fluent in English, in written and spoken, knowledge of German would be a plus
