This position is based in Berlin or Munich, Germany.

IDnow is seeking for Product Manager, Digital Identities (f/m/d) to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of IDnow's digital identities suite, focusing on EUDI Wallet and EU eID schemes. Ensure our products enable secure, seamless, and compliant digital interactions for customers across regulated industries, supporting regulatory alignment in the evolving European digital identity landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the mid- and long-term product roadmap for digital identity solutions, focusing on EUDI Wallet and eID schemes.
• Support the development and refinement of the commercial model and go-to-market strategies for identity products in close collaboration with the commercial team.
• Lead cross-functional teams-including engineering, design, compliance, sales, and marketing-through all stages of product development, from ideation to launch and lifecycle management.
• Conduct market and customer research, and engage with stakeholders-including customers, partners, and regulatory bodies-to identify pain points, opportunities, product requirements, and ensure alignment.
• Develop and maintain product documentation and support materials.

Preferred Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years' experience in product management, preferably in digital identity, fintech, or regulated industries.
• Proven track record of developing and launching digital products.
• Strong understanding of digital identity, authentication, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., eIDAS, GDPR).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
• Fluent in English; German or French proficiency is a strong plus.

Nice-to-have's

• Experience with EUDI Wallet, eID schemes, or similar digital identity frameworks.
• Familiarity with Know Your Customer (KYC) and strong customer authentication (SCA) processes.
• Experience working in B2B SaaS environments
