Job DescriptionJob Description: Product Manager - Human Capital (Preferred)
Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Manager with a strong background in Human Capital solutions (preferred) to drive the development, enhancement, and success of our digital HR and talent applications. The role combines product ownership with hands-on technical collaboration to ensure delivery of secure, scalable, and employee-focused solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, ideally in HR technology or Human Capital/Talent Management (HCM) platforms.
- Experience with agile product ownership, including backlog management and sprint planning.
- Practical experience with the SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) methodology in product delivery and program-level coordination.
- Experience using Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence for agile delivery and collaboration.
- Strong technical understanding of cloud applications, APIs, integrations, and data flows.
- Familiarity with cloud-based HR solutions (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, PeopleFluent) and LMS integrations.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Job Description - Grade Specific
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the product lifecycle from strategy, roadmap, and requirements to delivery and continuous improvement.
- Act as the product owner in agile ceremonies, managing backlog prioritization and ensuring features align with business goals.
- Partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to translate workforce needs into actionable product features.
- Evaluate market trends and emerging technologies in human capital management and digital HR solutions.
- Define success metrics and track adoption, performance, and ROI of product initiatives.
- Collaborate with engineering, UX, and QA teams to deliver intuitive, technically sound, and scalable solutions.
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to ensure employee experience remains central to product design.
- Coordinate product communication, training, and change management efforts.
