Description
About GigRadarGigRadar is an AI-powered SaaS that automates business development for agencies and freelancers on Upwork, from job discovery to proposal writing and client acquisition.
Our stack includes cutting-edge systems like Sardor AI (Auto-Bidding) and Laziza AI (Matching Engine) that already serve 1,700+ agencies and generate $1.3M ARR.
We're entering a growth phase focused on AI product optimization, cross-sales, and customer reactivation and we're hiring an analytical Product Manager to own this process.
Role Overview
You'll sit at the intersection of product analytics, marketing, and success, building a full-funnel understanding of how customers move from first touch to expansion.
Your mission: turn user data and hypotheses into measurable product improvements that drive cross-sales, trial conversions, and reactivations.
The role (what you'll own)
1. Build customer journey intelligence
- Map and analyze CJMs to identify bottlenecks and drop-off points.
- Translate insights into backlog items and feature hypotheses.
2. Drive feedback-to-feature loop
- Collect and structure customer feedback (CSM, Intercom, churn surveys).
- Formulate hypotheses, validate them with data, and coordinate implementation.
3. Optimize internal lead generation
- Design in-product funnels, banners, and triggers that convert active users into cross-sale leads.
- Track conversion rates, cost per internal lead, and expansion revenue.
4. Reactivate churned customers
- Segment churn reasons and launch targeted reactivation campaigns.
- Monitor revenue uplift and retention improvements month-to-month.
5. Scale trial conversions
- Launch and test free trial cohorts and incubators.
- Measure activation rates, conversion %, and trial revenue uplift.
6. Report & coordinate
- Weekly reporting on metrics: internal leads, reactivations, trial conversions, expansion ARR.
- Collaborate closely with Sales Ops, CSM, and AI product teams.
What we're looking for
- 3+ years in Product Management, Growth, or Account Management (SaaS or marketplace preferred).
- Strong analytical background - comfortable with data, metrics, and hypothesis testing.
- Familiarity with tools like Intercom, Notion, Amplitude/GA, and HubSpot.
- Excellent communication skills - you'll interface with CSMs, engineers, and users.
- Bonus: experience with AI-driven products, Upwork, or B2B SaaS growth funnels.
