We're building a bilingual AI platform to help people discover fulfilling careers. With the MVP launched, we're seeking a Product Manager to drive product decisions, coordinate feature rollout, and streamline coach operations - as a part-time but strategic partner.Responsibilities
- Improve assessment user experience based on feedback and behavior analytics
- Oversee coach onboarding and ensure operational readiness of the marketplace
- Prioritize features and align product roadmap with the technical cofounder
- Support platform operations and internal workflows
Benefits
- Equity: 1.5-2.5%
- Bonus Equity: Up to 0.5% for delivering key milestones (e.g., product releases, NPS targets)
- Vesting: 4 years with a 1-year cliff
- Commitment: Approximately 15-20 hours per week
