What You'll Do
- Own and execute the R&D squad roadmap, aligned with business goals and driven by rapid testing and data-based decisions.
- Solve complex product challenges to boost monetisation, engagement, and retention.
- Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch and iteration with embedded engineers and designers.
- Use advanced data tools (Amplitude, Hex, Looker) to guide strategy, improve processes, and drive company-wide insights.
- Coordinate across teams to ensure alignment and execution on high-impact projects.
What You'll Bring
- Deep experience delivering impactful products in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Experience in mobile gaming or advertising (B2C) and strong data analysis skills.
