Role Overview

We are seeking a Payments Product Manager to own the end-to-end payment experience across deposits, withdrawals, and settlements for our platform. You will define and deliver payment features across cards, bank transfers, wallets, and crypto on/off-ramps while ensuring reliability, performance, and compliance. Working closely with engineering, risk, compliance, and operations teams, you will optimize payment success rates, reduce friction, and improve user journeys using data-driven decisions. This role suits someone who combines strong payment infrastructure knowledge with product thinking and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the roadmap for payment methods, card products, wallets, and on/off-ramp experiences.
• Translate business goals into clear payment features and measurable KPIs.
• Work with engineering to design and implement payment platform, payment flows, APIs, and integrations with processors,
• Monitor and improve payment success rates, authorization rates, decline reasons, and chargebacks.
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, and Legal on KYC/AML, fraud, and regulatory requirements across markets.
• Use data to optimize user journeys (checkout, top-up, withdrawal) and reduce friction and failures.
• Own end-to-end payment flows (deposits, withdrawals, trading settlements) across cards, banks, wallets, and crypto on/off-ramps.

Skills & Qualifications

• 4-6+ years in product management within payments, fintech, crypto, or financial services.
• Strong understanding of card networks, acquirers, issuers, PSPs, and payment rails (cards, bank transfers, wallets, instant payments).
• Familiarity with KYC/AML, fraud detection, disputes, and chargeback processes.
• Ability to work closely with engineers on APIs, system design, and third‑party integrations.
• Data-driven mindset, experience defining metrics and running experiments on conversion and payment performance.
• Excellent stakeholder management across engineering, operations, support, finance, compliance, and external partners.
