If you're passionate about driving change and delivering results, we want you on our team.As a Payment Lifecycle Manager (Transformation Lead) in the Global Cash Operations and Utilities team, you will spearhead strategic initiatives to optimize break management processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners, leverage automation tools, and drive continuous improvement to enhance operational effectiveness. Together, we will set new standards for efficiency, accuracy, and risk management. You will have the opportunity to innovate, influence, and grow in a dynamic, inclusive environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver innovation projects using automation skills in Python and RPA tools such as UiPath.
- Lead and drive transformation initiatives related to reconciliation break management.
- Initiate, plan, and execute multiple projects across regions and the entire process lifecycle.
- Create end-to-end process visualizations and mapping for break management.
- Research and implement business process changes or system modifications.
- Identify and implement process reengineering and optimization strategies.
- Redefine and standardize KPIs and KRIs across regions.
- Collaborate with AI/ML, Recon Platform, Risk and Controls, Operations, and Transformation teams.
- Lead regular business review calls for break management across all regions.
- Serve as the central point of contact for data analytics to identify trends and root causes.
- Work closely with Risk, Governance, and Compliance to strengthen controls and ensure regulatory adherence.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Proven ability to build Alteryx solutions and translate them into Tableau dashboard reporting.
- Minimum 5 years of business, data analysis, or process automation experience.
- Proven experience in Python and UiPath coding using Studio-X and Studio. Good working knowledge of RPA platforms such as UiPath or equivalent.
- Ability to support reusable solutions built on UiPath and Python, including attended bots.
- Experience building Alteryx solutions and translating them into Tableau dashboard reporting.
- Financial services experience in payment operations or reconciliation processes.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Demonstrated automation development and maintenance experience.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to facilitate discussions.
- Strong analytical skills to identify gaps and opportunities in existing capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills - Experience with cognitive automation, OCR tools, and AI/ML skills.
- Self-motivated and able to motivate others to meet tight delivery timelines.
- Flexible to work varying shifts as required by project demands.
- Ability to foster partnership and effective communication among team members and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated commitment to client-centric focus and strategic alignment.
