What You Will Be Doing

Join our dynamic team as a Paid Media Specialist, where you'll help drive revenue and ROI through impactful digital advertising campaigns. Reporting to the Paid Media Manager, you'll collaborate with agencies and cross-functional partners to execute full-funnel strategies that align with brand priorities and seasonal initiatives. In this role, you'll manage campaign setup, monitor performance, and translate insights into actionable recommendations-all while contributing to process improvements that enhance efficiency and effectiveness. If you have hands-on paid media experience and are ready to deepen your expertise in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Advertising, Marketing or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years in digital marketing, advertising or media planning - ideally with a DTC e-commerce brand or performance-focused agency
• Hands-on experience with Meta, Google Ads, Bing, Amazon and affiliate programs (preferred).
• Strong understanding of performance marketing KPI's and campaign evaluation against business goals
• Proficiency with reporting and analytics tools (GA4, Domo, Excel)
• Strong collaboration skills with internal teams and external agencies
• Eagerness to grow within performance marketing and contribute to full-funnel media strategies.

Pay Range: $69,317.00-$86,567.00
