Role Overview
We are seeking an Operations Product Manager to improve operational efficiency and scalability across our platform. You will design internal tools, automate workflows, and reduce manual processes, errors, and risk exposure. Working closely with engineering, compliance, finance, and operations teams, you will build monitoring systems, dashboards, and controls to support daily operations and incident handling. This role suits someone who understands financial back-office processes and uses data and automation to create reliable, compliant operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and roadmap internal tools for back office, operations compliance to improve efficiency & automate operational workflows.
- Build dashboards, transaction monitoring tools and systems for ops teams to handle incidents, fraud detection, monitoring.
- Define & Track operational KPIs.
- Collaborate with engineering, compliance, finance, and ops to continuously improve the processes.
Skills & Qualifications
- 4-6 years in product/ops within fintech, crypto exchanges, or financial services; back office exposure (risk, settlements) required.
- Deep knowledge of financial back office (clearing, custody, trade reporting),
- Proficiency in SQL/dashboards for ops analytics; familiarity with custom monitoring tools is a bonus
- Experience automating manual processes;
- Strong cross-functional skills in high-stakes, regulated environments.
