Are you an A/E/C marketing professional fluent in proposals, pursuits, and deadlines? Do you thrive at the intersection of strategy, writing, and design—and enjoy bringing ideas to life? We’re a local Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) engineering firm seeking a full-time Marketing Manager to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for a motivated self-starter who excels in a proposal-driven environment and is eager to elevate our marketing efforts. You’ll collaborate closely with engineers, project managers, and leadership to drive pursuits, strengthen our brand, and refine marketing processes. From proposals and branding to design and strategy, you’ll have hands-on involvement across all aspects of marketing—with plenty of opportunity to grow and make a meaningful impact.
What You’ll Do
Lead and support proposal development, coordination, and production
Collaborate with engineers and project managers to create compelling pursuit content
Manage resumes, project descriptions, and marketing databases
Develop and refine corporate branding and marketing materials
Support market research, business development, and strategic initiatives
Improve and streamline A/E/C-specific marketing processes
Manage website and social media updates to enhance our industry presence

Requirements
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience in A/E/C marketing, proposal coordination, or a related role
Strong technical and persuasive writing skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign
Solid graphic design skills with a strong eye for layout and branding
Experience using Webflow for website maintenance and updates
Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, English, or a related field
Prior A/E/C industry experience strongly preferred
