Job Summary
The Marketing Manager, App Growth is responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive app installs, user acquisition, and active user growth. Reporting to marketing leadership, this role owns end-to-end campaign development across multiple channels and works cross-functionally to deliver measurable business impact.
This execution-focused position supports growth strategy, performance marketing initiatives, creative development, campaign tracking, and retention efforts. The ideal candidate has 4–5 years of experience in growth or digital marketing and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Contribute to the development of user growth strategy in partnership with leadership and key stakeholders
Plan, execute, and test marketing campaigns across owned and operated channels including email, web, in-app, social, print, and events
Identify new marketing channels and growth opportunities to acquire high-quality, engaged users
Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns directly or through agency partners
Develop creative briefs and collaborate with creative, editorial, and design teams to produce high-performing assets
Project manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination
Set up campaign tracking and coordinate new tracking requirements with product and engineering teams
Support retention and re-engagement initiatives through audience segmentation, messaging strategy, and creative ideation
Monitor competitor activity, platform updates, and audience trends to inform strategy
Collaborate across teams to align on strategy, execution, and reporting
Requirements
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
Experience:
4–5 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, app marketing, or related field
Skills & Abilities:
Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns
Hands-on knowledge of performance marketing and campaign optimization
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret performance data
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams
Strong project management and organizational skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
