- Marketing Director with Warehouse Automation Industry Experience
Description
We would prefer to have this position report to our office in Lakewood, CO, but are open to hiring someone to work remotely within the USA if they have industry experience and exceptional qualifications.
Prime Robotics is seeking a hands-on creative and strategic marketing professional passionate about shaping the future of warehouse robotics automation. The Marketing Director will play a pivotal role in driving our in-bound leads, empowering our sales team, and showcasing our innovative solutions. Responsibilities:
- Oversee Prime Robotics’ marketing efforts (from creative, to content, to operations, to digital, to product)
- Drive sales enablement, SEO, inbound campaigns, and tradeshow design, planning, and execution.
- Develop monthly, quarterly, and year-long strategic plans
- Lead development of the marketing strategy to create effective plans focused on generating leads and demand for Prime Robotics to grow the pipeline
- Identify short and long-term resource needs, including development and management of the annual marketing budget
- Understand key performance metrics and tracking tools for competitor analysis, campaign results, consumer trends, and translate results into actionable insights, reporting weekly, monthly, and quarterly
- Spearhead the execution of marketing campaigns, including segmentation, testing, tracking, results reporting, analyses, and recommendations
- Provide marketing and pipelines points of views to leadership and executive management team
- Support sales objectives to grow the customer base with sales enablement, sales operations, sequencing, and email campaigns
- Optimize the MarTech Stack against B2B best practices to realize optimizations in marketing and business spend
- Manage conception, development, and implementation of marketing plans and strategy and promotional programs to drive qualified leads that convert to customers
- Manage conception, development, and implementation of trade shows, conventions, and conferences, prepare engaging displays and collateral, and provide post-event reports and analysis
- Design, create, and execute content marketing strategy and editorial calendar and produce high-quality content
- Create and execute promotional and lead generation campaigns
- Oversee marketing contractors responsible for various segments or projects (content, search engine optimization, advertising, email, branding, PR, social media)
- Leverage website, content, social media, and SEO to promote the company's products and solutions
Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years of marketing experience with expertise in the warehouse automation industry or related fields (e.g., warehouse management software, industrial automation, material handling). Experience working for a startup is a plus.
- Skills: Expertise in creating sales enablement tools, driving SEO strategy, managing inbound campaigns, and planning tradeshows/events.
- Collaboration: Proven ability to work cross-functionally with leadership, sales, product, and external vendors.
- Creativity: Strong content creation skills with a keen eye for design and messaging.
- Results-Oriented: Data-driven mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
