Position Summary
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Member Marketing team's campaign planning, delivery, reporting, and documentation. In addition, they will support various departmental operations.
Specific duties include:
- Creating and maintaining calendars of key campaign milestones for all department marketing campaigns.
- Requesting campaign elements, such as toll-free numbers, tracking codes, vanity URLs, etc. from other teams within the Marketing department.
- Organizing and maintaining campaign elements (e.g., toll-free numbers, tracking codes, vanity URLs) in source-of-truth documents, and ensuring that they are properly placed in draft and final communications.
- Submitting marketing assets (e.g., mailers, emails, flyers, etc.) for internal copy and compliance reviews.
- Proofreading marketing assets at various stages of completion.
- Organizing the team's library of final marketing assets.
- Developing presentations.
- Planning and managing team meetings (e.g., coordinate agendas, take and distribute meeting notes, etc.).
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience working in a marketing department or advertising agency.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience using Workfront.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally on a regular basis.
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (high school diploma or GED + 4 years of relevant experience).

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$43,888.00 - $102,081.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
