Job Description
The CT Marketing Analyst is responsible for establishing measurements on key performance indicators, analyzing market trends, competitive landscapes, and sales data to generate actionable insights, ensuring the marketing strategy is data-driven and aligned with business objectives. You play a key role in optimizing processes, managing data quality and supporting decision making to improve commercial performance.
Your role:
- Create monthly and quarterly reports for key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the success of marketing initiatives and identify areas for further improvement, facilitating data-driven decision-making.
- Maintains a comprehensive understanding of the sales funnel, providing commercial performance insights such as OIT forecasting, visibility, win-rate, funnel velocity, and win/loss root cause analysis to support sales and marketing strategies.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and sales data to generate actionable insights and identify growth opportunities, ensuring the marketing strategy is data-driven and aligned with business objectives.
- Run market sizing process in partnership with financial and regional teams to monitor changes from forecast.
- Develop pricing analytics and provide insights on pricing performance, helping to maximize the value extraction of both product and services portfolios by understanding price dynamics and their impact on profitability.
- Run daily management and conduct root cause analyses, extrapolate insights, and create actionable recommendations based on quantitative and qualitative fact findings, ensuring that insights are translated into practical business strategies.
- Collaborate with center of excellence teams, regional partners and other businesses to ensure alignment and share best practices.
You're the right fit if:
- You have a Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- You've acquired 5+ years of experience in commercial operations or marketing analytics. Diagnostic Imaging experience strongly preferred.
- Your skills include, proven experience in complex data analysis and forecasting, familiarity with commercial analytics, demonstrated experience in Salesforce or similar CRM, streamlining workflows and enhancing operational efficiency.
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position .
- You're a self-starter who loves taking initiative and proactively provide suggestions to streamline and improve processes, you're experienced working and communicating with large sales teams and relevant stakeholders, you have an ability to influence and collaborate with the management team, and a strong sense of urgency and ability to meet commitments.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in Cleveland, Ohio is 95,250 to 152,400.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.

US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa, now or in the future.
Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Cleveland, OH.
