ABOUT THE ROLE:
As the Influencer Marketing Manager, you'll lead end-to-end campaign management, from creating influencer briefs and concepts to overseeing creative execution and performance reporting. You'll also help build the foundational structure, systems, and tools that will support our growing influencer community.
You'll partner closely with PR, Social, Merchandising, Ecommerce, Creative, and Growth Marketing teams to ensure our influencer efforts drive measurable impact, strengthen brand advocacy, and deliver mutual value for creators and the brand.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managed day-to-day influencer campaigns across product launches, seasonal moments, and brand initiatives, from briefing to execution and recap.
- Build, organize, and maintain influencer databases, tracking systems, and performance dashboards to monitor results at both program and individual levels.
- Support the evolution of our influencer program by developing structured perks, incentives, and communication tools that enhance creator experience and program value.
- Partner cross-functionally to align influencer content with product, social, and campaign strategies.
- Manage campaign budgets, usage rights, and deliverables in partnership with internal stakeholders.
- Identify and cultivate new and existing influencer relationships that reflect the brand's aesthetic, audience, and strategic priorities.
- Track and analyze performance metrics to inform optimizations and future planning.
- Stay current on creator trends, emerging platforms, and industry best practices to inform ongoing strategy.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or partnerships (fashion, lifestyle, or beauty experience preferred)
- Proven track record managing influencer campaigns end-to-end, including planning, execution, and reporting.
- Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of influencer analytics, performance tracking, and reporting tools. (e.g., Emplifi, Asana, Google Analytics) a plus.
- Excellent project management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working with influencer marketing and social listening platforms (e.g., Later, Brand Bastion) is a plus.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, creator culture, and digital trends
- Agency or brand-side influencer experience is a plus.
Salary Range: $90,000.00 - 110,000.00
