Description
Job Mission:- Define Chanel local makeup marketing & investment strategy together with the marketing manager and ensure all campaign launches are in line with budget plan
- Orchestrate new product launch plan with all related teams/functions.
- Manage regular makeup portfolio & business and key claims
- Develop plans to further enhance Chanel Makeup relevancy & credibility
- Act as a key manager for all Makeup events (Makeup shows, Podiums etc)
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute and analyze key learnings on makeup campaigns.
- Act as a product specialist point of contact for Sales, Training, PR, VM, CRM and other departments in a very collaborative environment.
- Execute new product's marketing plan
- Prepare and present new product launch plan to related team and POS.
- Set up campaign strategy & objectives
- Set up annual sampling & gift plan
- Manage all aspects of local development including print production, POS materials, and special events.
- Analyze the campaign report & devise action plans
- Control campaign budget (campaign expenses & control of all promotional expenses)
- Be responsible for forecast and inventory management of makeup products.
- Be responsible for supporting makeup main events (Makeup shows, In-counter shows, etc).
- Analyze and report on makeup market trend and competitors' activities.
- Support main budget cycles with necessary reports and strategic insights
Role Specifications:
Academic / Professional Qualifications
- 4 years university degree
- Good interpersonal communication skills both in English & Korean
- Advanced knowledge on consumer goods marketing and strong analytical skill (both quantitative and qualitative)
Work Experience
- Minimum of 3 years+ work experience in cosmetics marketing
- Project management, market and research analysis
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Required Competencies
- Good communication and presentation skills both in English & Korean
- Strong with details and having a good sense of timeline
- Pro-active and creative mind
