Job Title: Sr. Product Manager- Kiehl's - Luxe Division
WHO WE ARE:
In the L'Oréal Luxe Division, we create the very best of luxury beauty. Our Division has an unrivalled portfolio of 23 aspirational brands (Yves Saint Laurent, Khiels, Lancôme, Prada, and Urban Decay to name a few) and an incredibly talented team of 28k experts, making it perfectly equipped to meet the endless and all-encompassing demands of luxury consumers around the world.
A DAY IN THE LIFE:
Orchestrate new product launches and push the growth of key pillar products to win in skincare market with brand experience through holistic marketing communication. The scope includes planning new launch product campaigns strategically, initiating marketing programs and execution, reporting market trends and sales analysis.
1. Product Management (80%)
- Product management to achieve the brand's business objectives.
- Propose and execute marketing programs (IMC, 360, Digital, Retail), including new launches, to drive growth and build integrated, engaging consumer brand experiences.
- Manage all aspects of local development regarding the campaign.
- Develop marketing collaterals, including DM/leaflet, to deliver product key communications.
- Analyze regular campaign results on the key pillar product and share with the related team.
- Adapt communication material (imagery, digital, point of sale).
- Manage healthy KPI with successful product management through forecasting accuracy of new and existing products and follow up on shipment & stock management.
- Trade marketing planning and execution under strategy and collaborated with the retail team.
- Mobilize and work with other departments (sales, logistics, education, etc.) and partner agencies to build a broader business strategy.
- Collect and analyze consumer and market insights and competitors' activity.
2. Channel Management (20%)
- Oversee implementations of all locally relevant retail programs to deliver a skincare experience and drive conversion.
- Identify trends that will lead to understanding consumer needs, consumers shopping journey.
- Develop and execute the strategy, plan including GWP, value sets with calendar for monthly plan.
WHO YOU ARE:
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Years of Experience: +4-6 years
- Experience:
- 3-5 years+ solid marketing experience in a consumer brand (Preferably in luxury beauty industry)
- Pro-active and solution oriented, strong planning and project management skills
- Good time management, ability to deliver under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Creative and communivative, collaborative, curious and take initiatives
- High level of attention to detal
- Language: Fluent in both Korean and English
- Other Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PPT
