Job Title: (Sr.) Product Manager- Armani Beauty- Luxe Division

A DAY IN THE LIFE:
Orchestrate new product launches while driving the growth of key pillar products to strengthen brand presence in the couture beauty market. The scope includes planning new launch campaigns strategically, initiating marketing programs and execution, reporting market trends, and sales analysis.
- Strategic Leadership in 3-axe category
- Develop and implement the overall product strategy for the category, deep understanding in the couture market with different categories: skincare, makeup, and fragrance.
- Manage P&L with guidance of N+1 for the assigned category, optimize budget to achieve targets.
- Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis and consumer insights gathering to identify growth opportunities and inform product strategy.
- New launch and Campaign
- Plan, Manage and integrate campaigns with related teams including budget, concept, message, key strategy and leverage action plan to roll out throughout touchpoint of consumers.
- Develop and build 360 marketing plans for product launches or pillar-product repush campaign, working closely with departments involved (communication, digital, eCom, retail, MD, CRM and SCM) to create an integrated, engaging and consistent consumer brand experience
- Manage all aspects of local development regarding campaign
- Analyze regular campaign results on key pillar products and share with related teams.
- Analyze and report on makeup/skincare/fragrance market trend and competitor's activity
- Product Lifecycle and Forecast Management
- Responsible for forecasting new/existing product forecast and inventory management of saleable products, tester and samples.
- Manage healthy KPI with successful product management through forecasting accurately new products and existing products and follow up shipment & stock management
- Product management to achieve brand business objectives.
- Ensure product sales forecast accuracy.
- Analyze data on product segment/category to make recommendations on brand strategy.
- Others
- Work effectively with other departments (SCM, retail, communications, and MD) to achieve marketing objectives.
- Manage sample and tester budget.
- Good understanding of channel dynamics (Dept. store, e-Retail, NAVER shopping, and KAKAO gift shop)
WHO YOU ARE:
- Education : University graduate
- Year of Experience : +3-6 years
- Experience: Experience in the Luxe cosmetic industry
- Language: Fluent in both Korean & English
- Other Skills: Proficient with Excel and PPT are must, SAP is a plus
