Overview
We are seeking a Contract Lifecycle Marketing Specialist for a long-term remote engagement supporting a high-performing lifecycle marketing team. This role is ideal for a hands-on marketer who thrives in execution-heavy environments and has deep experience building automated customer journeys, scaling nurture programs, and optimizing lifecycle communications.
This specialist will play a critical role in improving campaign speed, strengthening customer trust communications, and advancing segmentation and automation capabilities across email and in-app channels.
Key Responsibilities
Build, launch, and optimize lifecycle journeys across onboarding, engagement, and retention stages
Develop and manage automated nurture workflows and high-volume email campaigns
Create scalable lifecycle infrastructure, templates, and documentation
Improve segmentation frameworks using customer and product data
Support customer trust communications across email and in-app messaging
Coordinate lifecycle messaging across multiple channels for a seamless customer experience
Reduce campaign backlog and improve execution velocity
Monitor campaign performance and recommend ongoing optimizations
Maintain rigorous QA standards and organized process documentation
Requirements
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or email marketing
Strong hands-on experience with Marketo required
Experience with in-app messaging platforms such as Pendo preferred
Proven ability to build workflows and execute lifecycle campaigns end-to-end
Strong attention to detail with excellent QA rigor
Comfortable balancing execution speed with process excellence
