Job Description

• Lead the planning and execution of key product initiatives, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

• Conduct regular product discovery through user and partner interviews to ensure solutions are grounded in real needs.
• Maintain clear and complete documentation across all owned product areas.
• Contribute to Finfra's commercial success by ensuring product initiatives support growth and operational goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of product management experience, preferably in fintech or financial services.
• Demonstrated ability to ship impactful products in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate vision into execution.
• Excellent communication skills and a structured approach to problem-solving.
• High standards of quality and ownership across all stages of the product lifecycle.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Proven experience working cross-functionally with design, engineering, and business teams.
