Description
The Lead Product Manager plays a crucial role in steering the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of key Oliver Wyman Group Tech initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company's strategy, commitments, and goals. This position adheres to best practices, standards, and guidelines in both product and project management. The Lead Product Manager supports initiatives and teams across Oliver Wyman. While our primary focus is on consulting, this position is situated within our Technology organization.Lead Product Manager
We will count on you to:
- Drive and execute OWG Tech projects aligned with departmental or organizational strategy, including advanced analytics and marketing technology initiatives.
- Develop and manage effective project plans with clear objectives, deliverables, and communication strategies, working closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, finance, and media stakeholders.
- Partner with OWG Tech managers and senior stakeholders to define roles, expectations, and project goals, ensuring alignment and transparency.
- Identify critical paths and risks, track progress, and facilitate mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, status reports, and conduct project closure meetings to highlight lessons learned and areas for improvement.
What you need to have:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business, or equivalent experience; Scrum Master certification is required.
- Over five years of experience leading end-to-end analytics projects and collaborating with senior-level stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability in teamwork, facilitation, negotiation, and consensus building, complemented by excellent written and verbal communication.
- In-depth knowledge of product and project management methodologies, including agile frameworks, and experience managing cloud-based analytics and marketing technology projects (e.g., Microsoft Azure, Databricks).
- Solid technical background with experience in product ownership, data integration, and analytics platforms, supported by proficiency in tools such as Tableau, Snowflake, and Google Analytics.
- Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, resources, and financials with strong analytical and organizational skills.

Marsh McLennan is committed to hybrid work, which includes the flexibility of working remotely and the collaboration, connections and professional development benefits of working together in the office. All Marsh McLennan colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week. Office-based teams will identify at least one "anchor day" per week on which their full team will be together in person.
The applicable base salary range for this role is $106,900 to $213,800.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
