POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are presently seeking a HubSpot administrator to enhance, maintain and support our HubSpot and related Marketing tool systems. Additionally, this position will be trained to support day to day operations in our system. The position is a highly visible role and a key member of the ISS STOXX Information Technology team. As this role is business-facing, the candidate filling this position must be able to communicate well with co-workers and business teams. Quality is key, as well as the ability to understand business requirements and translate them into a technical reality that is extendable and maintainable.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Proactively engage and support our user groups, including marketing, sales, client services, sales operations, delivery teams to resolve data and system issues, as well as to define requirements to improve workflows and functionality.
Ability to gather and analyze requirements and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high quality business solutions on the HubSpot platform
Build workflows for Automation.
Build marketing campaigns and reports.
Manage the HubSpot based forms and landing pages.
Oversee user access and permissions within HubSpot, and work with sales/marketing leaders to determine appropriate user permissions, roles and teams for all users.
Build and maintain integrations and API connections from Salesforce to HubSpot.
Conduct day-to-day production activities, data maintenance, cleaning and verification in HubSpot.
Independently research, troubleshoot, and resolve issues within established Service Level Agreements.
Assist in data imports/exports and maintain integrations to other corporate systems.
Ensure configuration and release management principles are adhered to.
Assist in the design and implementation of new processes and system enhancements.
Assist in the testing, deployment and post-launch support of new functionality and ensure business needs are met and delivered in accordance with business specifications.
Communicate with other ISS teams regarding request status, troubleshooting technical issues and finding creative solutions.
Leverage industry best practices, frameworks and methods.
Support the implementation and integration of third-party solutions within HubSpot.
Possess sense of urgency with real focus on delivery dates and project completion.
Comfortable working in an agile development environment with flexible processes and changing requirements.
Strong analytical, problem solving and issue resolution skills.
Other duties as assigned.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree or higher. Experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
Must have 5+ years' professional experience in an IT organization.
Must have 3+ years' experience with administrating and managing workflows in Marketing Automation Tools such as HubSpot, Eloqua, Pardot or Marketo.
Must have 2+ years of development experience with JavaScript or any other scripting or programming languages.
Experience with Integrating to platforms like Salesforce will be preferred.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to effectively work in a multi-location team environment
Some project management and/or business analysis experience.
Understanding of HubSpot data security model
Ability to learn new concepts and business processes rapidly with the enthusiasm to drive new initiatives and projects forward.
Experience with Data management.
Experience with basic excel data analysis (Formulas, Pivot tables, XLOOKUP's etc)
Experience developing and delivering solutions to real customer problems, preferably with an emphasis on Sales or Marketing issues.
Able to remain calm and focused in a highly pressurized and time orientated environment.
Strong critical thinking, analytic and problem-solving abilities
