With a collective strength of 10 brands, we have more than 200 million monthly users who trust in our dedication to providing them with the best platform for their needs.As the Growth Product Manager (GPM), you will be focused on accelerating a product's user base, engagement, and revenue through continuous experimentation. You will be responsible for executing the product strategy that drives key business metrics across the user lifecycle (Acquisition, Activation, Retention, and Revenue). You will require a highly analytical and data-driven mindset and should be comfortable executing rapid, cross-functional experimentation to unlock scalable product growth.
In this role, you will:
Product Roadmap Implementation
- Metric Ownership: Own and drive measurable improvement in a specific area of the growth funnel (e.g., Activation Rate, Trial-to-Paid Conversion, or Feature Adoption)
- Roadmap & KPI Management: Manage the Growth Team's roadmap, prioritizing experiments and features based on potential impact, confidence level, and effort. Measuring product growth KPIs with all stakeholders.
- Management of Product Timelines: Develop and run product Gantt Charts and oversee the execution of the project plan.
Requirement Definition and Funnel Optimization
- Requirements Definition: Translate winning hypotheses into clear, concise product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering and design teams
- Funnel Optimization: Continuously identify and eliminate points of friction in critical user flows, such as onboarding, sign-up forms, upgrade paths, and in-app notifications
Analysis and Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Data Analysis: Work closely with Data Analysts to query and analyse product usage data to monitor cohort performance, diagnose drops in the funnel, and report on experiment results.
- Stakeholder Communication: Clearly communicate experiment results, learnings, and future growth strategy to management and partner teams
- Cross-Functional Task Management: Working with Marketing, Engineers, Ops, and Salespeople to get maximum output, ensuring product success and uptake targets
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, IT, marketing, communications, or relevant fields.
- 5 years of experience in Product Management, with a minimum of 2+ years specifically focused on Product Growth or CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation) in a high-growth tech environment
- In-depth knowledge of commercial avenues and a deep understanding of the Tech Development Environment.
- Practical knowledge and experience in A/B Testing.
- Ability to analyse data to find trends and problems.
- Knowledge in Project Management, QA and Product Testing
- Experience in Product Orientation & Launch Planning.
