Role Overview

We are seeking a Growth Marketing Product Manager to drive acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention for our digital exchange platform. You will build product-led growth mechanisms such as referrals, incentives, and lifecycle experiences embedded within the app. Working closely with product, design, engineering, analytics, and marketing teams, you will run experiments, analyze user behavior, and optimize funnels. This role suits someone who blends creativity with strong analytical thinking to deliver measurable, scalable growth impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & deliver growth features such as referral and loyalty programs to boost user sign-ups, engagement & retention.
• Identify & implement growth loops, viral mechanics, and incentive strategies that increase user lifetime value.
• Collaborate with design, and engineering teams to integrate referral features into the app experience.
• Analyze funnel metrics (e.g., CAC, LTV, conversion rates) & collaborate with marketing team to refine campaigns.
• Conduct A/B testing and leverage behavioral insights for continuous improvement.
• Oversee marketing automation, attribution tracking, and CRM strategies to improve user reactivation.

Skills & Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in product management, building growth and marketing solutions, ideally within fintech, crypto, or exchange platforms.
• Proven track record in designing and scaling referral programs or viral growth campaigns for B2C apps.
• Strong analytical proficiency (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, SQL).
• Understanding gamification, reward systems, and network effects in product design.
• Creative yet data-savvy mindset: can ideate growth hacks and measure impact rigorously.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional team collaboration skills.
• Working knowledge of paid acquisition, app store optimization, and influencer marketing is a plus.
