Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the execution and coordination of our marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with strong project management skills who thrives in a collaborative environment and can effectively execute multiple campaigns and manage stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Execution & Project Management
- Create and maintain sales and marketing collateral—including one-pagers, pitch decks, case studies, product sheets, and website copy—to support campaigns, customer education, and sales enablement.
- Coordinate and maintain ongoing marketing plans, ensuring alignment with business objective
- Lead weekly marketing coordination meetings to track progress and address priorities
- Develop comprehensive campaign briefs with appropriate oversight and stakeholder input
- Execute end-to-end campaign coordination including event planning, email marketing, webinars, and other marketing initiatives
- Produce regular campaign performance reports with actionable insights
- Manage campaign timelines and deliverables to ensure on-time execution
Stakeholder Communication & Coordination
- Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings to align on marketing priorities and strategies
- Communicate campaign results and performance metrics to key stakeholders
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners
Website & Analytics Management
- Track and coordinate ongoing website improvements
- Monitor website analytics and produce regular performance reports
Identify optimization opportunities based on data insights
Market Research
- Conduct campaign market research to inform strategy and messaging
- Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness
Requirements
Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing execution and management
- Experience creating and maintaining sales and marketing collateral
- Proven track record of successfully managing multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with campaign analytics and reporting
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and website analytics tools
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred:
- Experience with email marketing and event planning and execution
- Background in B2B SaaS marketing
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Drive, Salesforce CRM/Pardot & Email
