EDENS, a national leading retail real estate developer, is looking for a Graphic Designer to join our dynamic Brand + Culture design team in Washington, DC. Reporting to the Vice President Media + Design, the Graphic Designer will produce and lead creative projects for various communities, centers and brand initiatives with a focus on supporting the Western & Pacific regions of the EDENS portfolio.
The ideal candidate would thrive in an extremely collaborative and fast paced environment which requires managing and executing projects concurrently. Some travel to Texas, Denver & West Coast may be required.

Responsibilities:
- Provide on-demand, graphic support to the leasing and development teams
- Create dynamic, intelligent marketing collateral for our retail centers (print and digital)
- Execute production of graphics used for trade shows, property tours, retailer meetings and events
- Bring new multi-media skills to Brand + Culture department, including motion graphics, video production and photography
- Produce and assemble printed materials for events and/or leasing + development as needed (printing, binding etc.)
- Assist in corporate graphic needs
- Work with the Sr. Vice President Brand & Culture entire graphics team to support and evolve EDENS brand
- Design support for corporate platforms, such as EDENS.com, EDENS social media channels and EDENS Intranet
- Create presentations and materials for company executives as needed
Position Requirements:
- 0-3 years' experience in design including but not limited to publishing, multimedia, print and web design in studio or in-house role
- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or Media Arts
- Creative; highly organized
- Ability to function in a highly collaborative environment with an internal team of designers, analysts, marketing managers, etc.
- Ability to manage projects and production with outside vendors
- Strong communication skills
Technology Requirements:
- Must have strong Adobe CS skills including Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Experience in interactive design, motion graphics and video editing is a plus
- Experience in still photography and image editing is a plus
- Experience in website management on Wordpress platform is a plus
