Job Responsibilities: Financial Product Manager

Product Design and Innovation

Lead the design, modeling, and pricing of financial products such as structured notes (e.g., Snowball notes, FCNs, CLIs), ABS (Asset-Backed Securities), and AMC (Asset Management Plans), ensuring products meet market demands and regulatory compliance requirements.

Develop customized structured note packages to meet the needs of investment immigration programs (e.g., Hong Kong Investment Immigration Scheme) for approved asset allocation, optimizing risk-return ratios and tax efficiency.

Research global financial market trends, integrate elements such as derivatives, fixed income, and cross-border assets to innovate product structures and enhance market competitiveness.

End-to-End Management of Issuance and Listing

Oversee the entire product origination process, including but not limited to drafting legal documents, negotiating with counterparty, regulatory filing, and ensuring compliance with exchange listing requirements.

Coordinate with external partners such as investment banks, law firms, rating agencies, and custodian banks to promote efficient product launch.

Manage risk monitoring, valuation disclosure, and investor communication during the product's tenure.
