Description
This role ensures the success, growth, and optimization of a digital commerce platforms by driving product strategy, execution, and continuous improvement. It connects cross-functional teams - business, technology, operations, and marketing - to deliver seamless customer and partner experiences while achieving commercial and operational goals.Key Accountabilities & Decision Ownership
- Product Strategy & Roadmap - Define and prioritize product initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Execution & Delivery - Lead agile squads and oversee full product lifecycles from ideation to launch.
- Analytics & Business Insights - Use data and KPIs to inform product priorities and performance improvements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration - Align with engineering, marketing, design, and operations teams.
- Platform Ownership & Innovation - Ensure platform reliability, scalability, and customer satisfaction.
- Campaigns & Growth Initiatives - Drive digital growth through experimentation and user acquisition strategies.

- Product Strategy & Vision: Advanced ability to define and communicate product direction aligned with business goals.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Advanced skill in interpreting analytics, KPIs, and insights to guide priorities.
- Stakeholder Management: Advanced capability in cross-department alignment with leadership, engineering, design, and operations.
- Execution & Delivery: Advanced capacity to manage agile teams, plan releases, and oversee product lifecycles.
- Technical Product Knowledge: Intermediate understanding of platform architecture, integrations, and dependencies.
- Business & Commercial Acumen: Advanced ability to link product initiatives with profitability and operational efficiency.
Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Engineering (preferred).
- 3-5 years of proven experience in product management, ideally within digital commerce, e-commerce, or marketplace platforms.
- Experience working in agile environments with cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, operations, and design).
Technical & Professional Skills
- Strong understanding of e-commerce ecosystems, customer funnels, and digital operations.
- Proficiency in product lifecycle management, roadmap planning, and release management.
- Solid analytical skills with the ability to translate data and KPIs into actionable insights.
- Intermediate understanding of platform architecture, integrations, and technical dependencies.
- Excellent command of English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
- Hands-on experience with analytics tools, project management software, or A/B testing platforms (e.g., Jira, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.).
Soft Skills & Competencies
- Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen-able to link product initiatives to profitability.
- Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills across departments.
