Description
Your missionAs our Digital Product Manager with focus on E-Commerce, you'll step into a role with purpose, growth, and real impact. You'll join our Web Product team, where your work will shape the evolution of Carly's digital commerce experience and directly influence Carly's mission to empower car owners worldwide.
Your contributions to conversion optimization, customer journey refinement, and funnel performance will be highly trusted and celebrated - all in an environment that values authenticity, inclusion, and cross-cultural collaboration.
Your responsibilities
- Identify and solve key user pain points in our E-Commerce funnel through surveys, heatmaps, A/B testing, and behavioral analytics
- Own and manage the E-Commerce product backlog, writing clear user stories, prioritizing based on revenue and UX impact, and tracking delivery
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, UX/UI, Marketing, Data and Customer Support to translate business goals into actionable product initiatives
- Ensure QA for key flows (checkout, login, search), manage defect tracking, and maintain clean, well-documented releases
- Monitor and report on core metrics including conversion rate, AOV, CLV, and funnel drop-offs using GA4, Mixpanel, and BI tools
- Continuously optimize E-Commerce processes to reduce time-to-market and strengthen team feedback loops
- Explore and implement use cases like personalization and dynamic pricing, piloting new innovations to boost customer experience
Your profile
- 4+ years of experience in managing digital products
- 2+ years of experience in an E-Commerce environment
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in tools like GA4, Mixpanel, Tableau or similar
- Comfortable with backlog management and writing user stories in tools like Jira
- Excellent collaboration skills across tech, design, marketing, and data teams
- Clear communication with a focus on outcomes, user needs, and continuous improvement
- Familiarity with conversion funnel analytics and CRO strategies
- Experience with QA and release workflows in digital platforms
- Knowledge of use cases in digital commerce (e.g., personalization engines)
- Fluency in English (C1), German is a plus
