As a Product Manager, Associate within Digital Markets you will join our dynamic team supporting our Markets CRM platform. In this role, you will take ownership of the product backlog, lead sprint planning, and drive the delivery of innovative workflows and solutions that enhance client engagement and operational efficiency across the firm. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners; including technology, research, sales, compliance, and data teams - to ensure seamless rollout and adoption of new deliverables, while maintaining a strong focus on user retention and product KPIs.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in product, with hands-on experience in Agile and Jira, and a strong understanding of financial markets and products. You will leverage your analytical skills to interpret data, build value add workflows, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead sprint planning sessions, working with cross-functional teams to allocate capacity, set objectives, and drive timely delivery of key workflows and enhancements.
- Collaborate with technology, research, sales, compliance, and data office teams to gather requirements and ensure successful rollout and integration of new workflows and deliverables.
- Partner with the senior Product Manager and broader product team to understand the overall product strategy, ensuring that all deliverables align with the bigger picture and support strategic objectives.
- Oversee the migration and integration of legacy systems, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption for users.
- Analyse user data and feedback to identify opportunities for workflow improvement and drive actionable insights for the team.
- Develop and execute communication plans, including demos, training sessions, and user engagement initiatives to support adoption and user satisfaction.
- Ensure product KPIs are met, including successful rollout of deliverables to users and driving high levels of user retention and engagement.
- Maintain high standards of data quality, compliance, and governance across all product deliverables.
- Identify process improvements and drive change to optimize team performance and product outcomes.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Relevant experience in Product Management, with a proven track record of successful deliveries in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of financial markets and products; experience working in Finance is strongly preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and Jira (required).
- Ability to use SQL for data analysis and reporting; experience building dashboards in Tableau or similar tools is strongly desired.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and the ability to see how individual deliverables align with and support the broader product vision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate key deliverables and engage effectively with users and stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to sell products, attract users, and drive adoption through effective engagement and communication.
- Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing business needs.
- Ability to analyze user feedback and data to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- High performer with a proactive, results-driven mindset and a commitment to delivering quality outcomes.
- Team player who collaborates well with colleagues across functions and levels.
- Experience in sports, team-based activities, or leadership roles in any sphere is a plus, but not required.
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on data quality, compliance, and governance.
