Overview
Leads the development and execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies to strengthen Janus International and its subsidiaries' market positions. The Director of Digital Marketing will serve as the architect and integrator of JBI's digital marketing ecosystem, overseeing Web Experience and end-to-end Inbound Campaigns and Marketing Automation (lead lifecycle, campaign performance, attribution). This leader will ensure all digital channels work seamlessly together to drive pipeline growth, optimize conversion, and strengthen JBI's brand presence. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, brand awareness, and customer engagement in the B2B space. The ideal candidate will effectively manage multiple inbound marketing campaigns across 8 brands, monitor campaign effectiveness, and ensure alignment with the company's overall objectives while fostering a data-driven, inbound marketing culture.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Marketing Leadership, creative team, business unit stakeholders, to design and execute integrated marketing campaigns that expand the company's audience, generate qualified leads and convert into order.Oversee the full lifecycle of marketing campaigns, including segmentation, digital content creation, workflow automation, testing, tracking, reporting, and post-campaign analysis. Ensure all campaigns are on message, relevant to the target audience and data-driven, with a focus on lead generation and conversion.Ensure the digital marketing team consistently delivers content that is on message, targeted to the right audience, and ultimately generates qualified leads.Work closely with the Creative Director to maintain and uphold brand standards across all business units and communication channels, ensuring a unified and consistent brand identity.Foster a data-driven, technology-enabled marketing culture by leveraging AI and analytics to inform strategic decisions and optimize campaign performance, driving activities that lead to strong revenue growth.Oversee website strategy and digital lead generation efforts across multiple brands, ensuring the company's digital presence boosts brand visibility and supports lead acquisition.Drive digital lead growth across multiple brands across multiple vertical (self-storage and commercial/industrial industries).Provide guidance and mentorship to a high-performing marketing team of 4+ direct reports, supporting their professional growth while ensuring alignment with company values and goals.
Qualifications
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications or equivalent experience preferred8+ years in B2B digital marketing, with leadership responsibility.
- Proven success managing both web ecosystems and marketing automation platforms.Hands-on expertise with HubSpot Workflows and HubSpot Campaigns (Inbound certification preferred).
- Strong knowledge of CRM integration best practicesExtensive experience in SEO, analytics, and conversion optimizationProven ability to manage budgets effectively and allocate resources efficiently.Expertise in leading multi-channel marketing initiatives across various brands.
- Analytical and data-driven approach to digital performance management.Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.Some travel required (up to 20%)
