Digital Associate – Paid Media

Senate Majority PAC (SMP) is seeking a Digital Associate for an in-person position for the 2026 election cycle. SMP is solely dedicated to building a Democratic majority in the U.S. Senate.

Position:

 The Digital Associate will report to the Digital Director and work closely with the Deputy Digital Directors to execute paid digital persuasion and mobilization ad programs in targeted battleground states.

Responsibilities include:

     Tracking and managing all creative and media assets for targeted states, including digital ad scripts, produced videos, and media plans

     Coordinating closely with digital agencies to ensure timely delivery of creative, provide updates on approvals, and closely track performance of digital ads

     Working with the Deputy Digital Directors to track digital spend from outside groups in targeted states

     Working with our in-house creative team and agencies to identify and coordinate assets to be pulled into the paid digital program 

     Attend all calls and meetings related to targeted states and maintain detailed notes

Requirements

Qualifications and skills:

     Exceptional communication and organizational skills

     Experience with project management, must love spreadsheets and trackers;

     Experience with paid digital media in the political or advocacy space preferred

     Experience tracking digital spend for competitive reports is a plus, but not required;

     Ability and willingness to work non-traditional hours when needed;

     Eagerness to learn about and be involved in all aspects of a digital paid media program;

     One to two years relevant experience on a campaign, advocacy group or at a digital vendor is required;

     Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college preferred but not required.

Salary is $72.5k and SMP offers highly competitive benefits. Please note: this Washington, D.C. position is in-person. Applicants who are not able to relocate will not be considered.
