COMMUNITY MANAGER (RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY)
Location: On-site at one of our major multifamily apartment complexes
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST
Full-time
Occasional after-hours availability for resident or property needs

THE ROLE
This is a high-visibility, people-centered role where you’ll run the day-to-day operations of a residential community.
You’ll balance structure and responsiveness—keeping operations organized while also working directly with residents, prospects, and internal teams.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
-Own leasing activity from first inquiry through move-in (tours, follow-up, application conversion)
-Build strong relationships with residents by handling questions, concerns, and requests quickly and professionally
-Keep the property running smoothly through daily coordination with maintenance and regular walkthroughs
-Manage rent collection and follow up on outstanding balances
-Stay organized with multiple priorities so nothing falls through the cracks
-Monitor local market activity and provide input on pricing and positioning
-Work cross-functionally with internal teams to solve issues and improve operations
-Maintain a consistent, professional experience for residents and prospects
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Required Qualifications
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Valid driver’s license
-Experience in property management, leasing, customer service, or a similar role
-Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and build trust
-Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
-Comfortable managing multiple tasks and shifting priorities throughout the day
-Ability to stay responsive and effective in a fast-moving environment
-Comfortable using multiple systems and technology tools
-Ability to work independently while coordinating with a broader team
Preferred Qualifications
-Experience in multifamily or residential property management
-Leasing or sales experience with a focus on closing and follow-up
-Experience handling resident concerns and conflict resolution
-Familiarity with property management or CRM systems
