As we continue on this exciting journey of growth and expansion, we're looking for a Commercial Product Manager - Savings (all genders).
As a Commercial Product Manager - Savings, you'll play an important role in developing our proposition and driving product innovation. You will help define our pricing strategy, and ensure our products align with strategic goals. Your expertise will be key in monitoring product performance, conducting market research, and supporting customer acquisition initiatives. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering collaboration among diverse stakeholders, ensuring seamless user experiences and compliance with our risk and control standards
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive market share, revenue growth, and customer acquisition for savings products.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels to expand market reach.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive threats.
- Translate market insights into actionable strategies for product positioning, pricing, and differentiation.
- Monitor competitor activities and proactively recommend commercial responses.
- Analyze product performance metrics, including margins, revenue, and customer growth.
- Present commercial strategies and performance updates to leadership.
- Gather and synthesize customer feedback to inform commercial decisions and product enhancements.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Proven experience in commercial strategy, business development, or market management within a leading German bank or fintech.
- Track record of driving revenue growth, market expansion, and customer acquisition.
- Expertise in market analysis, competitive intelligence, and commercial opportunity assessment.
- Deep understanding of pricing strategies and profitability metrics.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with experience working cross-functionally.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a results-driven mindset.
- Fluent in English; German preferred.
- Comfortable operating in a dynamic, digital-first environment.
