Overview
An exciting opportunity is available for a Client Communications & Campaign Marketing Manager to lead client-facing communications, campaign execution, and program launch support for a growing professional services organization.
This role is highly focused on retention, client engagement, referral generation, and service adoption, with ownership over email campaigns, app messaging, event promotion, and content repurposing.
Key Responsibilities
Own and execute segmented client email and direct mail campaigns
Repurpose long-form monthly content into written guides, newsletters, and promotional assets
Drive attendance and engagement for client-facing events and program launches
Build campaigns that promote service offerings, training programs, and upgrades
Develop promotional sequences for webinars, workshops, and client initiatives
Partner with design, communications, and support teams to align messaging
Track campaign engagement, conversion, and ROI metrics
Gather audience insights to refine positioning and improve retention outcomes
Ensure all messaging aligns with brand standards and audience expectations
Requirements
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in campaign marketing, lifecycle, or client communications
Strong copywriting and direct-response communication skills
Experience with CRM and automation platforms such as NetSuite and Marketo
Proven ability to independently build campaigns and audience lists
Strong performance reporting and campaign optimization skills
Comfortable working cross-functionally with design, sales, and operations
