Your role in helping us shape the future: We're seeking a highly motivated, analytical, and entrepreneurial business development and operations lead to help drive growth and operational excellence across our organization. This role is ideal for a recent MBA or early-career professional eager to take ownership of strategic initiatives, optimize business performance, and build new partnerships that accelerate company impact. Requirements
You should definitely have:

MBA or Master’s degree in Business, Strategy, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Two (2) - Five (5) years of experience in management consulting, strategy, operations, or business development.

Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Proven ability to work cross-functionally and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

High degree of ownership, intellectual curiosity, and comfort with ambiguity.

The anticipated base salary for this position is $75,000-$90,000. This position is bonus eligible. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, interview performance, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. Compensation details do not include bonus or revenue incentives, if applicable.
