Description
We are seeking an Associate Product Manager (APM) who is eager to take on new challenges in product management, particularly in managing third-party data and working with external vendors. This role requires a combination of analytical thinking, technical knowledge, and strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with both internal teams and external partners.Key Responsibilities
- Vendor Management: Oversee vendor relationships, including contract management and cost reconciliation and to ensure all services provided by vendors are delivered in accordance with agreements and company standards.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Engineering, Data Scientists, Machine Learning Engineers) and external teams to communicate product requirements and ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables across all stakeholders.
- Product Development: Drive end-to-end product development from idea initiation, drafting product requirements, and leading grooming sessions to defining key projects milestones.
- Data Analysis: Define and monitor key metrics to evaluate product performance and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in product management or project management.
- Strong analytical skills; experience with data analysis and SQL is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong vendor management skills, including contract review and price negotiation.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
Nice to Have
- Experience in fintech, startups, or the financial industry.
- Participation in product management competitions or workshops (certifications are a plus).
- Involvement in application or system development projects.
